I grew up learning the  guitar from my grandfarther. He could play the piano as well but didn't know what he was playing so he gave me a vision quest, " Go learn how to read music so you can teach me". By the age of 7, I could play every song my grandparents could sing, as well as all the songs uncles and auntys could sing. So when they were partying in the garage on a Friday night, they would come get me out of bed to come play all their songs for them. This is where my music career started, and my grandparents had beautiful harmonies while I was playing guitar for them.
